- 25 to 100 EUR according to the Schedule of Costs (5.III.5/2.) to the Cost Act

Substances hazardous to water; application for recognition of an expert organization
- LfU procedural costs for recognition as an expert organization (according to Tariff No. 8.IV.0. No. 1.33.5 Schedule of Costs to Art. 5 Cost Law): 250 to 2500 Euro

Soil protection and treatment of contaminated sites; application for approval as an expert
LfU-procedural costs for the admission as an expert according to § 18 Federal Soil Protection Act:
- 2,425.00 Euro for the admission per subject area - plus travel expenses of the external panel members
(An advance payment of 500.00 Euro per subject area is to be paid upon application. If an application for admission is withdrawn by the applicant, the costs incurred up to the date of withdrawal of the application will be charged per subject area). - 335.00 Euro for the extension or renewal of an admission (extension or renewal notice)
- 300.00 Euro for the rejection of an admission (rejection notice)
- 300.00 Euro for revocation of an admission (revocation notice)
If the expert committee has to be involved, further costs may be incurred.

Construction products; application for recognition as a testing, inspection and certification body
- Cost range: 500 to 10,000 euros

Heat cost allocators; application for confirmation of suitability as an expert body
At cost in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.

Experts; public appointment and swearing-in by the Chamber of Crafts and Trades
- The fee for the public appointment / swearing-in is between 50 euros and 200 euros. Electronic payment via online banking is possible. Information on this is provided by the relevant Chamber of Crafts.

Chemicals Act; application for the certificate of compliance with the principles of good laboratory practice.
The fees in connection with GLP certificates are set out in the Ordinance on the Enactment of the Schedule of Costs to the Bavarian Cost Law (KG):
- Issue of a GLP certificate: 1,500 to 15,000 EUR
- Amendment or supplementation of a GLP certificate: 125 to 10,000 EUR
The fees are set on a case-by-case basis. The essential factor here is the size of the company and the scope of the various inspections, on the basis of which the duration of the inspection and the number of inspectors are determined.
Expenses are added to the fees, e.g. for the inspectors' travel expenses.
An advance payment of 90% of the anticipated costs is due after the application has been submitted. The final payment is to be settled before delivery of the certificate.

Biowaste; application for designation as a body for conducting tests.
The fees for carrying out the procedure for the designation (notification) of an investigative body are charged in accordance with the Bavarian Cost Law (KG) of 20.02.1998 and the list of costs (Art. 6 KG):
- Fee for the notification: 200 to 400 €.
- Fee for the interstate proficiency test (LÜRV): The fees are based on the LWA leaflet A-3 and consist of a basic fee, a sample fee and a parameter fee.

Sewage sludge; request for the designation of a body to carry out sample testing.
The fees for carrying out the procedure for the designation (notification) of an investigative body are charged in accordance with the Bavarian Cost Law (KG) of 20.02.1998 and the list of costs (Art. 6 KG):
- Fee for the notification: 200 to 400 €.
- Fee for the interstate interlaboratory comparison (LÜRV): The fees are based on the LAWA leaflet A-3 and consist of a basic fee, a sample fee and a parameter fee.

Fluorinated greenhouse gases; application for recognition as a testing and certification body
- According to the Bavarian Cost Law, the costs currently range from €125 to €1,500, depending on the size of the recognized testing and certification body and the cost of the certification.
Formalities relating to the place of business

Road use; application for special use permit for county, municipal or local thoroughfares.
Fees are based on the county or municipality fee statutes.

Immission control; application for a permit for the construction and operation of a plant
- The costs incurred are set out in the Schedule of Costs to the Bavarian Costs Act, No. 8.II.0, tariff item 1.

Waste disposal; consulting
- As a rule, no costs are incurred.

Protection of historical monuments; application for permission to carry out measures on historical monuments and archaeological sites
- Permits under the DSchG are free of charge. In contrast, the usual cost regulations apply to building permits relating to historical monuments.
