Activities of call centers (

This service 'Activities of call centers' is coverd by the EU Service Directive.

Service includes the following activities:

  • Call centers for incoming calls, answering of calls by staff, automatic distribution of calls, integrated computer-telephone systems, interactive voicemail systems or similar processes for the order-taking, the dissemination of product information, or the processing of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Call centers for outgoing calls using similar methods for the sale or marketing of goods or services to potential customers, or for conducting market research, opinion polls, and similar activities on behalf of customers

This service does not include:

  • Conducting of advertising campaigns (see 73.11.0)
  • Market and opinion research (see 73.20.0)
