The companies classified hereunder are the official employers for the purposes of payroll accounting, taxes and social security contributions, and for other human-resources issues, but they are not responsible for the employees’ professional instruction and supervision.

The hiring-out of human resources is usually done on a long-term or unlimited basis, and the units classified hereunder perform a wide range of HR management tasks in that respect.

This service does not include:

  • Provision of HR functions, together with the management or supervision of enterprises (see the economic activity classes of the enterprise concerned)
  • Hiring-out of human resources to customers for the purpose of temporarily increasing or bolstering the customer’s head count (see 78.20.0)
