Description

In order to be eligible to lead the induction courses for applicants for the seminar permit Aufbauseminar, an introductory seminar for course leaders must be attended.

The sponsors of these seminars require recognition by the government of Upper Palatinate.

Prerequisites

Recognition as a provider of introductory seminars for course leaders of familiarization courses (advanced seminar) is granted if

• an appropriate seminar plan is submitted which makes the contents of the instruction courses in accordance with § 13 Para. 3 DV-FahrlG recognizable (cf. § 48 Sentence 2 FahrlG),
• suitable instructors are available who are capable of imparting the required knowledge and skills,
• the necessary teaching materials are available
• there are no doubts about the reliability of the applicant.

Procedure

The application must be submitted to the Government of Upper Palatinate in writing or electronically (by e-mail).

If necessary, "suitable" persons/agencies will be used for the (scientific) assessment of the submitted seminar plan.

If the requirements are met, the official recognition will be issued in the form of a notice.

The other governments will also receive a printed copy of the decision.

• Details of the applicant

  (if applicable, excerpt from the commercial register/register of associations, other recognitions)

• List of teachers and evidence of their qualifications/suitability.

  (if applicable, professional curriculum vitae, driving instructor's licence (with seminar permit), driving licence, studies, participation in the introductory seminar for course instructors, information from the driving aptitude register)

• Information on the teaching material / teaching aids
• Information about the classrooms

  (if applicable, plan/floor plan, pictures, information on furnishings, rental agreement/transfer of use)

• Seminar schedule
• if necessary, further documents are required in the individual case

  (e.g. certificate of good conduct, extract from the Central Trade Register)

Fees

• Fees:102.00 to 358.00 EUR (depending on the administrative effort).

  Expenses (for the expert of the Government of Upper Palatinate and, if applicable, for PZU) are charged in accordance with the Fee Regulations for Road Traffic Measures (GebOSt).
