Aircraft of training facilities; registration and deregistration
Approved training organizations shall submit to the competent authority a list of aircraft operated for training. When adding further aircraft to the training fleet, a corresponding declaration shall be made to the aviation authority.
Description
When an approved training organization (ATO) wishes to operate "new" or additional aircraft as part of the training, they shall be specified to the competent authority. They shall be included in the list of aircraft operated for training (Appendix 3 to the ATO certificate).
The necessary details and, in the case of registration, the documents to be submitted are shown on the form under "Forms".
When an aircraft is no longer used in training, it must be deregistered. It will then be deleted from Appendix 3 to the ATO Certificate.
Procedure
The form must be submitted to the responsible aviation office together with the documents specified therein.
Special notes
"New" aircraft may not be used for training until the Air Office has included them in Appendix 3 to the ATO certificate.
