Aircraft of training facilities; registration and deregistration

Approved training organizations must submit a list of aircraft operated for training purposes to the competent authority. If additional aircraft are added to the training fleet, a corresponding declaration must be submitted to the aviation authority.


If an approved training organization (ATO) wishes to use "new" or additional aircraft for training purposes, these must be specified to the competent authority. They shall be included in the list of aircraft operated for training (Annex 3 to the ATO certificate).

If an aircraft is no longer used for training purposes, it must be deregistered. It will then be deleted from Appendix 3 to the ATO certificate.


The form must be submitted to the responsible aviation authority together with the documents specified therein.

Special notes

"New" aircraft may only be used for training once the aviation authority has included them in Annex 3 to the ATO certificate.
