Description

The goal of Bavarian media funding is to support and expand the diversity and performance of Bavaria as a media location.

Funding is available to institutions and companies that make a special contribution to the development of the media location through their activities.

In principle, all private-law companies and institutions (associations) that are active in the media sector are eligible for funding.

Prerequisites

The proposed project must offer significant added value for Bavaria as a media location. This must be explicitly addressed in the application.

Procedure

The application must be submitted in writing to the Bavarian State Chancellery (Department A II 5) or via the online procedure provided.

It is advisable to contact the Bavarian State Chancellery before submitting the application.

In addition to the application, a detailed description of the project and a financing plan must be submitted.
