The form under "Forms" is to be used as the application for the grant. The application must be submitted to the responsible government.
Responsible governments:
- Government of Upper Franconia: responsible for measures of the Bavarian Regional Association of the German Mountain and Hiking Clubs e. V. and the Bavarian Regional Association of the Naturefriends of Germany e. V., in each case including their members
- Government of Upper Bavaria: responsible for measures of the head office and sections of the German Alpine Association e. V.
Applications for grants by members or sections are to be submitted to the responsible government via the respective state association or head office.
The regional associations or the main office should collect the applications of their members or sections for one year and submit them in bundled form. The applicant, and thus also the grantee, does not change as a result of the bundling alone.
