If significant differences are identified, these can be fully or partially compensated by knowledge, experience and skills that you have acquired as part of your professional practice in an EU member state, an EEA state, a contracting state or a third country.
If the significant differences are not compensated for by your professional experience, you can choose between an adaptation period of no more than three years or an aptitude test. The examination may cover the knowledge, experience and skills in which there are significant differences.
