Accident at work and on the way to work; notification to the agricultural accident insurance fund
If an occupational accident has occurred in your business or facility, you must report it.

Occupational health and safety management system; consulting and auditing based on OHRIS
The industrial inspectorates at the district governments advise companies on the voluntary introduction of a company occupational health and safety management system based on OHRIS.

Occupational safety; application for an exception to the appointment of a company physician or occupational safety specialist
Employers may apply to the relevant trade supervisory office for the granting of an exemption when appointing company physicians and occupational safety specialists if the person to be appointed does not meet the legal requirements.

Working time; monitoring
The labor inspectorates at the governments monitor compliance with the Working Hours Act and, in exceptional cases, approve, among other things, work on Sundays and public holidays, as well as, in individual cases, an increase in the maximum permissible working hours with appropriate compensation.

The labor inspectorates monitor working conditions on construction sites.

Mining; notification of the appointment of a responsible person
A supervisor (responsible person) can be appointed in accordance with §§ 58 ff of the Federal Mining Act to fulfill the duties arising from mining regulations and to manage and supervise the operation.

Occupational disease; application for recognition
You can apply for recognition of an occupational disease.

Explosive substances; notification of the commencement of activities and the appointed responsible persons.
Anyone who handles explosive substances commercially must notify the competent authority of the commencement of this activity and the responsible persons appointed by him.

Statutory accident insurance; registration of a company
If you start a business, become self-employed or freelance, you must register this with the statutory accident insurance.

Health promotion and prevention; application for funding as part of the "Gesund.Leben.Bayern." initiative

You must notify an event with more than 200 attendees that is to be held only temporarily in a space that is not licensed as a meeting space.
