Elderly care and hospice and palliative care; application for funding for further training
The Free State of Bavaria provides grants for training measures in geriatric care and hospice and palliative care.
Description
Purpose
The purpose of the funding is to support training measures for people working in geriatric care and hospice and palliative care in Bavaria.
Object
Eligible for funding within the meaning of this guideline are further training measures that serve to impart, expand, deepen and further develop specific specialist knowledge. Which measures can be funded for which target groups can be found in the guideline and the implementing provisions for the guideline.
Recipients of funding
Providers of training measures in the field of geriatric care and hospice and palliative care are eligible to apply.
Eligible costs
The costs of the training measure are eligible for funding.
Type and amount
The grant is awarded as a project grant.
The general funding lump sum is EUR 21.00 per training unit or EUR 24.00 per training unit for special focus topics.
Prerequisites
The requirements for funding are set out in the guidelines for the funding of further training in geriatric care and hospice and palliative care (ForAHP-FöR).
Procedure
The application must be submitted in writing to the State Office for Care.

Special notes
Funding is provided without legal entitlement within the scope of available budget funds.
Deadlines
Applications must be submitted by October 31 of the year preceding the funding year.
