Work-related youth social work; application for funding
The Free State of Bavaria supports measures in which socially disadvantaged or individually impaired young people are employed, qualified and trained. The aim of the measures is a successful transition and permanent integration into the labour market.
Description
Goal
Young people who have particular difficulties finding their place in the world of work due to social disadvantages and individual impairments are to be integrated professionally and socially. Participation in funded projects should lead to them moving into training or work and gaining a permanent foothold in the labour market.
Object
Projects are funded, but not individuals or institutions. The projects must be designed in such a way that the young participants, who have particularly difficult starting conditions, are given tailor-made support so that they can subsequently enter employment, training or work.
Recipients of funding
Applications for funding may be submitted by legal entities and natural persons under public or private law.
Type and amount
For the area of the European Social Fund (ESF): up to 50% of the total eligible costs from ESF funds; in the event of funding gaps due to insufficient co-financing, additional state budget funds may be available.
Prerequisites
The concept for the planned measure must be suitable and promising. It must meet regional needs.
The project promoters submitting the application must be reliable and efficient (both financially and in terms of personnel). Proof of references, certified quality management system, auditing or seal of approval must be provided.
Procedure
Before submitting an application, please contact the contact persons at the Bavarian Centre for Family and Social Affairs or the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs as early as possible. You can find the contact details of the contact persons under "Further links".
