An introductory qualification is a 6 to 12-month internship in a company with the aim of subsequent training. The conclusion of an introductory qualification contract must be reported by the employer to the government of Middle Franconia.

Family care helps to support families in special emergency and crisis situations and to avoid the out-of-home placement of children. The sponsors of family care stations can receive a grant within the framework of project funding.

The Bavarian State Ministry of Health and Care (StMGP) grants a subsidy for qualification measures in palliative care in accordance with the general budgetary provisions without legal obligation and within the limits of the available budgetary funds.

The Free State of Bavaria promotes the creation of permanent jobs subject to social insurance contributions for severely disabled people or people with equal status as well as the cooperation and joint employment of people with and without disabilities.
