Formalities

Here you will find information about formalities related to this subject:

• Specially protected vertebrates; notification of population, population changes, or relocation.
  If you keep a specially protected vertebrate animal, you must report the animal's population and any changes in population after you start keeping it. You must also report the relocation of the animal's regular location.
• Well drilling; display
  If you want to drill a well, you must indicate this.
• Permanent grassland and permanent fallow land; application for an exemption for conversion.

  You can apply for an exemption from the prohibition of conversion of permanent grassland and permanent fallow land into arable land or permanent crops.

• Grassland areas; application for permission to roll.

  Since 2020, it has been prohibited in agricultural use to roll grassland areas after March 15. Under certain conditions, the district governments may permit the rolling of grassland areas after March 15.

• Nature conservation law in road planning; information on enforcement instructions for the application of the Bavarian Compensation Ordinance

  For the application of the Bavarian Compensation Ordinance, the State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection has issued a "Biotope Value List". In addition, enforcement instructions for state road construction have been drawn up.

• Plant protection products; application for authorisation for additives

  As a manufacturer, you must have new additives in plant protection products tested and approved by the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety.
