Employers may apply to the relevant trade supervisory office for the granting of an exemption when appointing occupational physicians and occupational safety specialists if the person to be appointed does not meet the legal requirements.

Firearms, muzzleloader and reloader shooters; registration for the technical course with examination
In order to obtain a permit to purchase and handle propellant powder, firecracker, muzzleloader and reloader shooters must prove their expertise in handling these explosive substances. The Trade Supervisory Office at the Government of Upper Bavaria conducts the required examinations throughout Bavaria.

The Bavarian Proof Administration performs both initial and repeat testing on firecracker devices and guns.

Bomb unexploded ordnance and munitions; information on behavior and responsibility
Explosive ordnance - especially unexploded bombs and munitions from World War 2 - continues to be found. If you find explosive ordnance: Hands off, immediately notify the police!

Preventive fire protection is the umbrella term for all measures that prevent or limit the development, spread and impact of fires in advance.

Fire safety watch; recognition of own forces.
The "Fire Protection Service" may recognize own forces (or service providers) of the operator of a place of assembly as fire safety guards.

Explosive substances; application for an explosives permit or certificate of competence
When handling explosive substances, the requirements of the Explosives Act (SprengG) must be observed.

Driving personnel; operational checks to verify driving times and rest periods.
Control of compliance with the regulations on the duration of driving times, driving time breaks and rest periods for the driving personnel of trucks and buses.

The purpose of the fire inspection is to prevent hazards to life, health, property or possessions that may result from fires.

The form is used for the notification of fireworks with pyrotechnic objects by the holder of a permit under the Explosives Act (SprengG).

If you do not have an explosives permit or a certificate of competence and want to set off fireworks of category F2 outside the New Year's Eve period, you need a permit.
