All legal changes in state law since the cut-off date of January 1, 1983 are documented in the so-called continuation records as a positive list and describe all adjustments between the legal status on January 1, 1983 and the law in force today. The basis is the law on the collection of Bavarian state law (Bayerisches Rechtssammlungsgesetz - BayRSG) of 10 November 1983 (GVBl. p. 1013) and the associated announcement on the Bavarian law collection of 22 January 1985 (GVBl. p. 11).
The continuation records from 1983 to the present are posted in the promulgation platform under the respective volume of the Bavarian Law and Ordinance Gazette.
Please note: Due to the databases that now exist, a continuation record has no longer been published since 2016.
