The fire departments prepare mission reports on every fire protection and technical assistance mission.
The volunteer fire departments and compulsory fire departments in the districts submit an incident report to the district fire officer on every fire prevention and technical assistance operation. The plant fire departments report in the same form to the district fire chief, the head of the professional fire department or the city fire chief.
The district fire councils, the heads of the professional fire departments and the city fire councils ensure for their respective areas of responsibility that the incident reports recorded in the web-based incident follow-up via the integrated control centers are checked for plausibility, completeness and signatures - at least in excerpts - and report this to the governments.
