If you, as an employer, are carrying out a prevention procedure, send the completed contact form (see below) to the integration office responsible for you.
Here, you can describe the difficulties that have arisen and that could endanger the employment relationship. If necessary, attach supporting documents (e.g. medical certificates, documents on an integration procedure that has been carried out).
For employees with a severe disability, the ZBFS Inclusion Office advises on benefits that are suitable for securing the employment relationship. The processing time depends on the individual case.
