Description

The handling of weapons or ammunition listed in the Weapons List (Annex 2 to Section 2 (2) to (4) of the Weapons Act, Section 2) requires a permit. Anyone who acquires, possesses, transfers, carries, transports, shoots with, manufactures, processes, repairs or trades in a weapon or ammunition is deemed to be handling a weapon or ammunition.
