Foreign employees; advice and assistance for integration
Foreign workers can seek advice or assistance from a variety of agencies.
Description
Foreign vocational qualifications can be recognized in Germany. The recognition counseling centers help in finding the competent recognition office, checking the completeness of the necessary documents, finding financing options and identifying qualification opportunities.
Help with finding a job or training position or with unemployment is offered by the local employment agency or job center. The Bavarian state government supplements the work of the employment agencies and job centers by funding job guides and training canvassers for refugees, who also help with integration into work and training.
Language is the key to integration into work. The integration courses and professional language courses form the overall federal language program. The vocational language courses (BSK) are a broad, needs-oriented range of courses for integration into the labor market. Building on the integration courses, they prepare migrants and refugees for the world of work in Germany.
