Company management; notification of appointment or dismissal to the Chamber of Crafts and Trades
You must notify the responsible Chamber of Skilled Crafts and Small Businesses of the appointment or dismissal of the management of your craft business that is subject to licensing.
If you wish to practice a craft subject to registration as the owner of the business without yourself fulfilling the requirements for registration on the register of skilled crafts, you must appoint a management team that fulfills these requirements.
The Chamber of Skilled Crafts and Small Businesses must be notified of the appointment of the company management so that it can check that the registration requirements are actually met. If a company manager leaves the company or the scope of his or her activities changes, this must be reported to the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts.
Appropriate qualification certificates must be available.
You must notify the relevant Chamber of Crafts of the appointment or dismissal of the plant management.
At the time of registration in the register of skilled crafts, the appointment of the plant manager must be available. In case of resignation of the plant manager, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts may set a reasonable period of time for the appointment of a new plant manager.
