Preventive fire protection is the umbrella term for all measures that prevent or limit the development, spread and impact of fires in advance.
Description
The Ordinance on the Prevention of Fires (VVB) on the legal basis of the State Criminal and Ordinance Act (LStVG) contains design and behavioral regulations, with the aim,
- to designate fire-hazardous actions and conditions as such
- enforce their omission by threat of a fine
- to provide material inspection regulations for the implementation of municipal fire inspections in accordance with the Ordinance on Fire Inspections (FBV).
