Description

Upon request, the competent Chamber of Crafts may provide information from the register on the owner of a business in an unlicensed craft or a craft-like trade.

For this purpose, an application must be submitted to the relevant Chamber of Crafts with regard to the business for which information is desired and a justified interest must be substantiated.

Prerequisites

A justified interest must be shown to be credible.

Procedure

You must submit the application to the Chamber of Skilled Crafts responsible for the company and provide credible evidence of your legitimate interest.

Remedy
